Vibhuti Falls

A beautiful forest waterfall fed by the limestone hills near Yana, surrounded by the lush greenery of the Western Ghats.

About Vibhuti Falls

Vibhuti Falls is a picturesque waterfall tucked away in the forests of Uttara Kannada. Located in the Achave area of Ankola taluk, the waterfall gets its name from the limestone geology of the region β€” the water originates from limestone formations near Yana. The falls cascade through the forest into natural pools, creating a refreshing setting for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The combination of forest trails, rocky surroundings and flowing water makes Vibhuti Falls a popular addition to a Yana excursion.

Best time to visit

September – March, with the waterfall generally most impressive after the monsoon. Avoid visiting during very heavy rains when trails and rocks can become slippery.
