By booking any service with Triparture, you accept the following terms. We've kept this human-readable; reach out if you have questions.
1. Bookings & Quotes
All bookings are confirmed only after a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) from Triparture. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. We do not publish fixed prices — every quote is built around your requirements.
2. Payments
A 30% advance is typically required to block stays/transport. Balance is due before trip start. We accept UPI, NEFT/IMPS, bank transfer, and standard cards on request. Payment receipts will be issued for every transaction.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation 30+ days before trip: full refund minus processing charges. 15-29 days: 50% refund. 7-14 days: 25% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Force majeure events follow case-by-case resolution.
4. Traveller Responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for valid ID proofs (Aadhaar, passport for international guests), declaring medical conditions in advance, and following guides' instructions. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian unless agreed in writing.
5. Safety & Health
For treks and water activities, basic fitness is required. Pregnant travellers, travellers with cardiac/spinal/respiratory conditions should consult Triparture before booking adventure activities. Helmets, life jackets and safety briefings are mandatory.
6. Photography & Media
Trip photos and videos may be used by Triparture on social media, brochures, or our website. If you do NOT consent, please notify us in writing before the trip begins.
7. Itinerary Changes
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, government restrictions, road conditions, or operational reasons. Triparture will notify you and offer the closest possible alternative or refund affected components.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, photos, copy and branding on this site is the property of Triparture. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
9. Privacy
Personal data collected via inquiry forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry, send trip-related communications, and improve our services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Karwar, Karnataka.

All prices are quoted on call or WhatsApp based on your group size, dates, and inclusions. We never publish fixed prices because we negotiate the best rates for every booking individually.
